A man from Southend has been forced to write a Fathers’ Day card to ‘someone on the Kursaal estate’ after he read his birth certificate.

Andy Hipo-Yawner, 15,  from Woodgrange Drive noticed that this was the exact entry under ‘father,’ and so he wrote a giant card to the entire area between Arnold Avenue and The Kursaal before putting it on display in the middle by the swings.

He said, ‘My Mum tells me about the night I was conceived – I was almost named Queensway Underpass apparently.’

’My local Lidl is selling cards in packs of 20.’

We asked Andy’s Mum Perineum-Zoella if she could be anymore specific.

She said, ‘I’m pretty certain he had a Staffordshire Terrier called Churchill.’
