Thousands of demonstrators have marched in cities all over the United Kingdom to demand the immediate release of Deirdre Rashid from prison.

Edward Gammon took part in the London event, and he told Southend News Network that ‘She didn’t do it Ken. You have to believe her.’

He added, ‘This country is finished.’

’Anything could happen to her while she is inside.’

’A group of foreign prisoners could take one of her lenses, create some sort of prism, turn it towards the sun and burn their way out.’

’This bloke drove Gail Platt and her kids into a river and the police did nothing.’
